Is it possible to upgrade the lighting in my Flex aquarium?

It is not possible to upgrade the lighting in Flex aquariums without removing or displacing the lid.

The remote for my Flex aquarium does not seem to be working. What should I do?

When using the Flex remote, we recommend first reducing the intensity of the white LEDs, as this will allow you to see the RGB LEDs more clearly and perceive the changes made. If the remote is not working at all, we recommend you try changing its battery.
