Your Fluval Edge aquarium is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase provided that the following conditions are met. Your aquarium must be placed on a surface that is flat and levelled and able to withstand the weight of the aquarium when filled with water, gravel etc… Never lift or move the aquarium when it contains water. This guarantee covers leakages arising from either faulty materials or workmanship but excludes aquarium breakage due to misuse, Chips, stress cracks caused by improper support or other breakage. If at sometime in the future you have cause to claim under this guarantee, you will need to provide proof and date of purchase. We recommend that you retain your receipt for this purpose. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Rolf C. Hagen wishes you many hours of enjoyment with your Fluval aquarium.

Yes. For example, if the White and Blue LEDs are on and the power supply is interrupted or shut off, the same White and Blue would come back on when the power is restored.
While Fluval already offers a full range of Edge-specific decor pieces, it is possible to grow plants requiring low-medium light levels successfully in this aquarium. Species such as anubias, java fern and some cryptocorynes make ideal choices.
We recommend avoiding modifications of any kind as they will void the product warranty.
Small species of Barbs, minnows, and killifish make ideal choices in this case.
Ensure that your water level is within the ideal range indicated in your instruction manual, which came with the product packaging or can be viewed on this website by visiting your aquarium product page. Additionally, ensure that the pump has been well cleaned.
Yes. Like all fish, bettas have gills and are capable of breathing dissolved oxygen. The surface area exposed in the Edge (under the cover) is sufficient for bettas to take in air, if desired.
