Delivery Information

How Long Do Orders Take to Process?

Receipt of Orders
We endeavour to process all orders placed on a weekday within 2 business days. All orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Tracking will be activated once your order has been processed.

Delivery Exceptions
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands at the moment (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Herm)

When Will My Order Arrive?

You can select either standard or express delivery:

Standard Delivery
3-5 days delivery (sent via Royal Mail or courier depending on the weight of your parcel)

Deliveries placed before 11am (Mon-Thurs) will normally be delivered within 24 hours.

Please note that although we dispatch these orders within 2 business days it is possible that at busy times and in unprecedented circumstances, deliveries could take longer. At peak periods we recommend that you allow extra time for your delivery.

Royal Mail Delivery Option

Although this is not a tracked service, Royal Mail do scan all packages when they collect them from us and they are scanned again at the point of delivery. This means that we can check whether a package has been delivered, but not before.

Royal Mail’s policy is that if the postman cannot hand the package to you then they should leave a card explaining that it was not delivered, it is then returned to the sorting office where it is scanned again to show a non-delivery. It is then your responsibility to contact the sorting office to either arrange re-delivery or to collect it yourself.

Royal Mail recommend that you wait 15 days before lodging a lost parcel claim and that you check with your neighbours in case one of them agreed to hold the parcel for you.

Courier Delivery Options

When you place your order, you will be asked for your mobile number or email address. Our courier will use one of them to contact you with a delivery time slot on the morning of your delivery before the van leaves the depot. When you receive the message, you will have the option to:

1) Accept it

2) Ask for the package to be re-delivered another day

3) Request that the package is left at a local collection point

4) Alternatively you can ask for it to be left somewhere safe i.e., in a shed, porch, with a neighbour etc. Please note that if you choose this option then it will be your responsibility to contact our courier using the link provided in your chosen communication.

Courier deliveries are from Monday to Friday. For more remote areas like the Scottish Highlands, you may need to allow additional time for the order to arrive.

For Delivery Queries

Please note that any damages or shortages need to be reported within 48hrs of receipt of your order.
