Due to the size of this aquarium and use of energy-efficicent LEDs, these specifications are not relevant for this purpose.

When using a timer for the LED, are the last settings saved after shutting the unit off?

Yes. For example, if the white and blue LEDs are on and the power supply is interrupted or shut off, the same white and blue LEDs would come back on when the power is restored.
